摘要
目的研究护理操作风险量化表在手术室护理带教中的应用及价值。方法将2010年9月至2012年8月进人我院实习的120名护士实习生作为研究对象,分为对照组58名,实施原有护理操作,实验组62名,应用护理操作风险量化表对护理风险实施量化管理。比较两组实习生的风险意识、护理缺陷发生情况等指标。结果在实施风险量化管理后,实验组在中、后期对风险认知的得分分别为(3.89±0.53)分,(4.57±0.33)分显著高于对照组中、后期(3.56±0.69)分,(3.68±0.34)分,(P均〈0.05)。实验组末期操作、理论考核、护理缺陷评分分别为(4.67±0.39)分、(4.58±0.55)分、(0.67±0.17)分显著高于对照组末期操作、理论考核、护理缺陷评分分别为(4.12±0.58)分、(4.22±0.91)分、(0.97±0.18)分,(P均〈0.05)。结论护理操作风险量化表的应用有助于提高实习护士的风险意识,提高理论和实际操作水平,保障护理安全,有助于教学质量的提高,具有较大的应用价值。
Objective To study the application and value of the nursing operation risk quantification table in the teaching of oper- ating room nursing. Methods From September to August 2010, 120 nurses interns were selected and divided into control group 58 interns , carrying out the original nursing operation; the experimental group 62 interns, applying the nursing operation risk quantification table and carrying out nursing risk quantification management. The risk awareness, nursing defects situation were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of risk quantification management, in the experimental group in the middle and late stage, the score of the risk cognitive was 3.89 ± 0. 53 points, 4. 57 ± 0. 33 points. They were higher than those in the control group 3.56 ± 0. 69 points, 3.68 ± 0. 34 points significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . In the end stage of the experimental group, the score of theoretical and practical examina- tion, nursing defect were 4. 67 ±0. 39 points, 4. 58 ±0. 55 points, 0. 67 ±0. 17 points , which were higher than those in the end stage of control group significantly, ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The application of nursing operation risk quantification table can improve the nur- ses risk awareness, increase the theory and practical operation level, ensure nursing safety and the improvement of teaching quality, so it has great practical value.
