摘要
绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心模块对企业的发展非常重要。目前,绩效管理在我国很多国有企业里得到了实施,但是总体效果并不理想。通过对我国国有企业实施绩效管理的经验和教训的总结和分析,尤其是通过对我国一家实施绩效管理的大型国有企业的深入调研,文章提出了我国国有企业实施绩效管理应注意的问题。
As the core module of the human resource management, performance management is very important to the development of enterprises. At present, performance management is implemented in many state-owned enterprises in China, but the overall effect is not satisfactory. Summary and analysis of the performance management experience and lessons learned through the implementation of China's state- owned enterprises, especially through an in-depth research for a large state-owned enterprise which implemented the performance management, this paper puts forward the problems which China's state-owned enterprises should pay attention to in the implementation of performance management.
