摘要
目的对530例低尿酸血症患者进行分析,探讨其降低的可能原因。方法采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶偶联法检测530例患者血清尿酸浓度。结果 530例患者血尿酸浓度均低于健康对照组,各疾病组血尿酸浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低尿酸血症多见于恶性肿瘤、肝肾疾病、颅脑疾病、临床上应引起重视。
Objective To explore the possible reason of lower uric acid level in clinical and etiological analysis of 530 patients with hypouricemia.Methods All patients were detected by urate oxidase indirect peroxidase couple.Results The serum uric acid concen-tration of 530 patient was found under the heathy groups,and had no significant diference in all disease groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are cancer,hapatic and renal disease,craniocerebral disease with hypouricemia,the clinical assay should be paid more attention.
