摘要
目的建立血液中铅的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。探讨影响检测结果的主要因素。方法血液样品用1%Triton X-100溶液和1%硝酸溶液稀释。加入基体改进剂1%NH4H2PO4溶液,石墨炉原子吸收测定铅含量。结果铅的浓度在0~80μg/L范围内,回归方程Y=0.005219+0.003441X,r=0.9996,最低检出浓度为1.0μg/L,加标回收率为92%~110%,相对标准偏差小于3%。实验室间比对结果满意。结论方法准确、灵敏,适合血液中铅的检测。
Objective To establish a method of blood lead detection by grapilite fulmee atomie absorption,and analyze the main influencing factors so as to take appropriate measures.Methods Blood samples were diluted in 1% Triton X-100 and 1% nitric acid solution.Then the modifier solution of 1% NH4H2PO4 was added,using graphite furnace atomic absorption to detect lead content.Results The concentration of lead was 0~80μg /l,the regression equation was Y = 0.005219 +0.003441 X,R2= 0.9987,r = 0.9996.The lowest detectable concentration was 1.0μg/l,the recovery rate was 92%-110%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.The results of inter-laboratory comparison were ideal.Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive,suitable for mass sample screening of blood lead.
