混合基体改进剂在石墨炉原子吸收测定血铅中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的选择合适的基体改进剂,改良血中铅含量的测定方法,提高检测的灵敏度和检测质量。方法样品经硝酸溶液+双氧水消解,以几种不同基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定血中铅含量。结果以磷酸二氢铵+硝酸+抗坏血酸混合液为基体改进剂测血铅,回收率为93.5%~100.9%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~5.2%,方法检出限为2.1μg/L。结论使用该基体改进剂测定血中铅含量的精密度和灵敏度高,操作简单,费用低廉,是测定血铅的理想基体改进剂。 [Objective]To select suitable matrix modifier,to reform the blood lead testing methods,and improve the detection sensitivity and detection quality.[Methods]The samples were digested by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide to several different matrix modifier,and the content of blood lead was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorbance spectrometry (GFAAS).[Results]The recovery of the method with matrix modifier of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate + nitrate + ascorbic acid was 93.5%~100.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.1%~5.2%,the detection limit was 2.1 μg/L.[Conclusion]The matrix modifier is an ideal matrix modifier for blood lead detection with the characteristics of simple,convenient,accurate and low cost.
