Synthesis of Functional Glycopolymers

摘要 含糖聚合物具有良好的亲水性和生物相容性,糖单元的特异识别性又赋予了聚合物先进的生物功能性,因此近年来成为高分子科学及材料科学研究的热点。可控自由基聚合技术、"点击"化学的深入发展为合成各种结构及功能性的含糖聚合物提供了有效的途径。本文主要介绍了RAFT聚合技术、可控自由基聚合技术结合"点击"化学在合成功能性含糖聚合物方面的相关研究工作,以及我们课题组在合成刺激响应性含糖嵌段共聚物、含糖聚合物-多肽生物缀合物方面的研究。 Glycopolymers have attracted increasing attention in the fields of polymer science and material science because of good biocompatibility and biological recognition of sugar moieties. The advances of controlled radical polymerization and "click" chemistry provide versatile approaches to generate various functional glycopolymers with controlled structures. In this paper, new progresses in the synthesis of functional glycopolymers via RAFT polymerization and the combination of controlled radical polymerization and "click" chemistry were introduced. Our researches on stimuli-responsive block glycopolymers and glyeopolymer-peptide bioconjugates were also summarized.
