摘要
轮岗实习是学生在实际经营企业不同岗位进行轮换训练的实践教学模式,能够培养学生职业能力和综合素养。轮岗实习模式满足了企业不同岗位之间协同性的基本要求,有利于学生进行自我评估与职业选择,能够促进校企合作的深化。以南通纺织职业技术学院连锁经营管理专业为例,探讨了专业轮岗实习的模式设计和实施过程。
Rotated internship,a practice teaching mode in which students work in different posts in rotation during the internship in enterprises, can enhance students＇ comprehensive qualities as well as professional abilities. The teaching mode can meet the basic requirements of coordination among different posts in enterprises, help students make self-assessment and their own choice of career, and strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises as well. This article ,taking the Chain Operation Management Specialty of Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College as an example, explores the design and implementation of the rotated internship.
