摘要
本文中引入对称极坐标表示法,对变速器齿轮磨损故障进行研究。首先将测得的变速器振动信号的时域波形转换为极坐标图形,通过图形变化来辨识变速器齿轮磨损故障。然后利用二进小波变换法来提取磨损故障特征,研究特征提取对极坐标图形变化的影响。最后,根据图像与标准磨损图像的相关系数对变速器齿轮的磨损状态进行分类。结果表明,该方法能揭示变速器齿轮磨损状态与极坐标图形的映射关系,实现变速器齿轮磨损故障可视化监测与诊断。
A representation scheme of symmetric polar coordinates is introduced in this paper to study the wear fault of transmission gears. Firstly, the time-domain wave forms of transmission vibration signals are converted into the images in polar coordinate graphs, and the wear faults of transmission gears are identified by the changes of images. Then, dyadic wavelet transform technique is used to extract the features of wear faults for finding the effects of feature extraction on the changes in images. Finally, the wear state of transmission gears is clasified according to the correlation coefficient between the image in question and typical wear image. The results show that the method propsed can reveal the mapping relationship between the wear state of transmission gear and its polar coordinate image, achieving the visualized monitoring and diagnosis of the wear fault of transmission gears.
