摘要
目的研究经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术在踝关节骨折中的应用,评价其疗效,推广在临床中的应用。方法选择2010年1月~2012年4月就诊的102例非粉碎性踝关节骨折的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为实验组56人和对照组46人,实验组采用经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术,对照组采取传统切开复位内固定术。采用X线片评估骨折愈合率,记录骨折愈合时间,采用美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)的足踝评分系统评价踝关节功能。同时记录手术时间及出血量。结果实验组骨折愈合时间为7~13周,按AOFAS评分系统评分,平均为96分(75~100分),有效率为96.5%,手术时间和出血量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术比传统切开复位内固定术具有骨折愈合时间短,术后踝关节功能恢复良好,手术时间和出血量有明显优越性,适合临床中治疗踝关节骨折疗效较为优越的术式。
Objective To study by the application of The Piga pressure of cannulated screws in ankle fractures, to evaluate the efficacy of promotion in clinical. Conclusion By the the Piga pressure cannulated screw fixation than conventional open reduction and internal fixation with fracture healing time, postoperative ankle function recovered well, the obvious superiority of surgical time and bleeding volume, suitable for the clinical treatment of ankle fractures moresuperior technique.
