气相色谱串联质谱法测定个人护理品中九种合成麝香 被引量:10

Determination of 9 synthetic musks in personal care and sanitation products by GC-MS/MS

摘要 建立了气相色谱串联质谱技术测定沐浴露、洗发露、洗衣液、洗洁精、洗手液、花露水、洗衣粉和香水8类个人护理品中9种合成麝香(SMs)检测方法。样品采用甲醇稀释,气相色谱串联质谱测定,内标法定量(内标物质为荧蒽-D10)。9种合成麝香的线性范围为0.5~100μg/L,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.05~0.10μg/L。9种合成麝香的平均回收率为80.6%~125.3%,标准偏差为3.1%~9.6%。该方法利用GC-MS/MS的多反应监测模式灵敏度高,有效排除干扰。用本法,在146份样品中检出99份添加佳乐麝香和吐纳麝香,检出质量分数分别为36.1~40253.2 mg/kg和1.7~8772.4 mg/kg。 A method for the determination of 9 synthetic musks (SMs) in personal care and sanitation products by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was reported in this work, and the personal care and sanitation products had 8 different categories including shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, cleanser essence, florida water, sanitizer, washing powder and perfumes. The SMs were analyzed by GC-MS/MS and quantitated by internal standard method with fluoranthene-D10 following the dilution of methanol. Results showed that the limits of quantification were 0. 05 μg/L to 0. 10 μg/L and the calibration curves of all 9 SMs were positively linear in the range of 0.5 - 100 μg/L ( R2 〉 0.99). The average recoveries of SMs ranged from 80. 6% to 125.3% with the relative standard deviations only from 3.1% to 9.6%. It is foreseen that the pretreatment is simple and accurate, as well as the anti-interference of sensitive MRM. In addition, the method developed in this work was applied to the determination in 146 samples, of which Galaxolide and Tonalide were found in 99 samples with the concentration ranges of 36. 1 - 40253.2 mg/kg and 1.7 - 8772. 4 mg/kg.
