凉血消风散加减治疗吉非替尼相关皮疹临床观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的:观察凉血消风散加减治疗吉非替尼相关皮疹的疗效。方法:将26例患者随机分为2组,治疗组15例给予皮炎平软膏或红霉素软膏外用,同时口服中药凉血消风散治疗;对照组11例予皮炎平软膏或红霉素软膏外用,同时口服氯雷他定片治疗。观察2组皮肤不良反应情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为73.3%,对照组为27.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血消风散治疗吉非替尼相关皮疹疗效明显。
