摘要 针对地下油库安全技术防范设备分散、生产厂家不同、接口不统一、通讯协议不统一、信息孤立、不能实现互联互通和功能联动的现状,运用系统集成技术,基于组态王软件和SQL Server数据库开发了一套地下油库安全技术防范系统,有效解决了各子系统之间互联、互通、互操作等难题,实现了系统的综合管理、信息共享、功能联动和远程监控等功能;经半年多时间试运行,视频、报警、联动、查询等预期功能正常,24小时故障率为零,大大提高了地下油库信息化、智能化安全管理水平。 Aiming at the actuality of subterranean oil depot such as separated security technical defence equipments, difference in produc ers, interfaces, communication protocols, as well as isolated information without mutual contact and function linkage, system integration technology is applied based on Kingview and SQL Server 2005 to design a oil depot security defence system, which effectively solves the prob lems in mutual contact and operation among the subsystems, and finally realizes the integrative management, information sharing, system re lated action as well as long--distance stakeout and control. In the over half a year's pilot operation, functions in video, alarming, related ac tion and enquiry have been going well, with zero rate of hitch, presenting a substantial improvement in informationalization of the security and intellectual management of subterranean oil depots
