摘要
以C14~18的脂肪醇与环氧乙烷反应合成了系列脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,再以氢化钠为催化剂、丙烷磺内酯为磺化剂合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(EO6)磺酸钠(14AES6,16AES6和18AES6)。通过测定反应时间与磺化率的关系,得到14AES6,16AES6和18AES6较佳的磺化时间;测定了产物在蒸馏水、油田采出水和CaCl2水溶液中的表面活性(cmc及其对应的γcmc);评价了产物与不同碳数烷烃及胜利临盘油田原油的界面张力,确定了原油的等效烷烃碳数。实验结果表明,14AES6,16AES6和18AES6的较佳磺化时间分别为8,12和16 h;3种产物在蒸馏水中的cmc为0.02%,0.01%和0.005%,γcmc分别为30.52,37.55和35.59 mN·m-1;在临盘油田矿化水中的cmc减小了0~0.01%,γcmc降低了0.81~1.38 mN·m-1;在3种不同浓度CaCl2溶液中16AES6的cmc均为0.005%,低于在蒸馏水中的情况,γcmc略有降低;16AES6和18AES6的最小烷烃碳数分别为10和12,通过测试含有助剂的18AES6体系与原油及烷烃间的界面活性得临盘油田原油的等效烷烃碳数为13。
Tetradecyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol were separately reacted with ethylene oxide (EO) , and three kinds of corresponding ethoxy fatty alcohol ether were obtained. The latter was sulfonated by propane sultone in the presence of sodium hydride as catalyst, and getting three kinds of alkyl - ethoxy - propane- sulfonate (EO6 ) surfactant (14AES6, 16AES6 and 18AES6 ). By examining the influence of reaction time on the sulfonating conversion, the optimum sulfonation time of three fatty alcohol ethoxylates sulfonate surfactants were identified. Surface activity ( cmc and γcmc ) of the products in distilled water, oil mine strata water and solution of CaC12 were measured. Interracial tensions between solution of the products and alkanes with different number of carbon atoms as well as crude oil of Shenli Linpan Oilfield were evaluated to determine the equivalent alkane carbon number of the crude oil. Experimental results showed that the optimum sulfonation time of the products prepared from tetradecyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol is 8,12 and 16 h, respectively. The cme of the products in distilled water is 0. 02% ,0.01% and 0. 005% , and their corresponding γcmc is 30. 52,37. 55 and 35.59 mN · m - 1, respectively. The cmc of the products in oil mine strata water is reduced by 0- 0. 01%, and the γcmc of the products in oil mine strata water is reduced by 0. 81 -1.38 mN · m-1. In CaC12 solution with three different concentrations, cmc of 16AES6 displays same value as 0. 005%, which is lower than that in distilled water; while its γcmc displays a little reduction as comparing with that in distilled water. The minimum alkane carbon number of 16AES6 and 18AES6 was measured as 10 and 12 respectively, and the equivalent alkane carbon number of the crude oil of Shenli Linpan Oilfield was measured as 13.
