摘要
分别采用高度法、切线法和分峰法对X射线衍射图谱进行分析,计算棉秆韧皮部和木质部纤维素的结晶度,并对结果和误差来源进行了比较分析。结果表明:切线法得出的结晶度最高,其次为高度法,最低的为分峰法。高度法中峰重叠发生在18°附近,使得结晶度值偏高。分峰法增加了非晶区的对整个峰形加宽的贡献,所得结果最低。切线法增加了非晶区所占的比例,导致结果更大。
For analyzing the X-ray diffraction, the peak height, tangent and peak deconvolution methods were adopted to calculate the crystallinity of phloem and xylem in cotton stalk. The different results and error sources were also investigated. The results showed that: the crystallinity by different methods was not same. The highest one was given by tangent followed by Segal method, and the lowest one was separating peak method. Due to the peak overlapping around 18° in Segal method, the crystallinity was on the higher side. More contributions to broaden the peak by amorphous area resulted in the lowest crystallinity by separating peak. The increasing proportion of amorphous area under tangent method caused the higher result.
