摘要
为提高植物废弃物材料的高值化利用,通过研究人参提取残渣纤维形态结构、结晶性能、热稳定性等,探讨了人参提取残渣与木浆配抄名片原纸的性能。结果表明,人参提取残渣纤维质均长度、平均宽度分别为0.580 mm、41.4μm,纤维形态与阔叶木浆纤维相似。当采用人参提取残渣与阔木浆配抄、且用量在5%以内时,手抄片的抗张指数、环压指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数等指标均符合我国漂白硫酸盐木浆行业标准(QB/T 1678—2017)中合格品的要求,可用于配抄特色名片原纸。
In order to develop the value-added utilization of plant waste materials,the morphological structure,crystallinity and thermal sta bility of ginseng extract residues were investigated and the preparation of business card base paper using ginseng extract residues and wood pulp was studied.The results showed that the average length and width of ginseng extract residue fiber were 0.580 mm and 41.4μm respec tively,with similar fiber morphology to that of hardwood pulp.When mixing bleached eucalyptus pulp with less than 5%ginseng extract resi dues,the strength indexes of business card base paper,such as tensile index,ring pressure index,burst index and tear index of the handmade tablets all meet the requirements of the qualified products in the industry standard of bleached kraft pulp(QB/T 1678—2017).It can be used for synergistic preparation characteristic business card base paper.
