摘要
生命科学以及医学检验技术的不断进步，高效、快速、简便的床旁检验（point of caretesting，POCT）技术得到突飞猛进的发展，其使用范围也在不断地拓展。本文主要对军事行动和特发事件现场医疗救治所使用POCT设备的种类、原理和应用现状进行了较为详细的阐述，并对目前POCT检验技术应用中的问题以及其在该领域未来发展的前景进行展望。
Point of care testing （POCT）is undergoing tremendous change in recent years driven by biotechnology and laboratory medicine. Attributed to its high performance, rapidity, convenience and instantaneity, POCT has been widely used in more and more fields. In this article, the categories, principles and applications of POCT in current military operations, disasters and emergency responses are elaborated. Furthermore, the future development trends of military and emergency responses POCT are discussed.
