摘要
〔目的〕研究一种适合现场使用的快速检测方法,用于对蚊虫携带登革病毒的初步筛查。〔方法〕采用双抗体夹心技术,建立上转换发光(UCP)免疫层析方法,筛查蚊体携带的登革病毒。〔结果〕该方法能在15min内对蚊虫携带的登革病毒进行快速筛查。〔结论〕建立的免疫层析方法简便、快速、敏感、特异,适合卫生检疫工作现场使用。
Objective To develop a method for rapid detecting dengue virus carried by mosquito. Method Up-converting Phosphor (UCP) immunity chromatography assay was used based on double antibody sandwiched assay to detect dengue virus carried by mosquito. Result It took 15 minutes to detect dengue virus carried by mosquito by UCP immunity chromatography assay. Conclusion The UCP immunity chromatography assay proved to be a rapid, convenient, specific and sensitive test for detecting dengue virus carried by mosquito.
