摘要
构建了一个包含城乡经济、社会、生活及生态的城乡统筹发展水平评价指标体系,并利用安徽省56个县2010年的社会经济统计数据,测算了各县的城乡统筹发展水平。研究表明,2010年安徽省城乡统筹发展水平综合分值达到69.66,已经进入整体协调阶段;但地区发展差异较大,生态环境和民生领域的发展潜力较大。据此,各地根据城乡统筹发展水平全面提升的实际和暴露出来的问题,突出重点,注重生态环境保护,切实关注和改善民生。
An evaluating index system for uran-rural coordinating development level was constructed including economy,society,life and ecology.By using social economic statistic of 56 counties in Anhui Province in 2010,the urban-rural coordinating development level of each county was measured.The results showed that,the comprehensive score is up to 69.66,Anhui has entered the stage of overall coordination,but the differences among areas is bigger,the development potential in eco-environment and people＇s livelihood are great.Therefore,we should pay more attention to ecological environment protection and improve people＇s livelihood.
