摘要
随着保险业在经济发展中的作用日益突出,保险充分发挥其经济补偿、资金融通、社会管理的职能,成为精准扶贫的重要力量。本文以保险精准扶贫的经济性、效率性、效果性、公平性、可持续性发展为原则,阐述社会各方在保险精准扶贫中的职责,并采用层次分析法(AHP)构建保险参与精准扶贫的指标体系,进行保险精准扶贫绩效研究,为我国当前保险精准扶贫工作的开展提供参考标准,从而推动保险精准扶贫工作的有效开展。
As the insurance industry has become more and more prominent in the economic devel- opment, the insurance fully exerts its function of economic compensation, financing and social manage- ment, becoming an important force for the targeted poverty alleviation. Based on the principles of pover- ty alleviation of insurance, i.e. economy, efficiency, effect, fairness and sustainable development ,this paper elaborates the social responsibilities of each party in insurance precise poverty alleviation, and the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is used to construct insurance participation precision index system of poverty alleviation, and to evaluate the performance of targeted poverty reduction to provide criteria for reference for targeted poverty alleviation, so as to promote the effective work of targeted poverty allevia- tion of insurance.
