摘要
介绍DNA条形码技术的相关原理和发展概况,分析其具有的优势和所存在的局限性,并阐述了DNA条形码技术在水生生物分类中的研究现状,最后探讨了目前存在的问题并展望了其未来应用前景。
The relevant principles of DNA barcoding and development were introduced. The advantages and limitations of the DNA barcoding were then analyzed. The current research condition of DNA barcoding in aquatic taxonomic was elaborated in detail. Finally, the problems were discussed and the future applications of this technology were prospected.
