摘要 以头花蓼种子无菌苗顶芽为外植体,MS为基本培养基,通过顶芽直接诱导丛生芽、丛芽增殖、生根、移栽,以建立头花蓼组培快繁体系。结果表明:头花蓼最佳丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10mg/L,增殖倍数7.1;最佳芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L,增殖倍数为10。组培苗生根以1/2MS+NAA 0.10 mg/L最好,生根最快,根数量最多,生根率达100%。在腐殖土中,幼苗移栽成活率达100%,植株生长良好。 The micropropagation system of Polygonum capitatum had been established using apical tips of a- septic seeding and MS basic medium in the present study. The results showed that the optimal shoot-inducing medium was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.10 mg/L NAA, and the proliferation coefficient was as high as 7.27. The optimal shoots multiplication coefficient ( 10 ) was observed from MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.05 mg/L NAA. The best effect for root formation was obtained from the 1/2MS supplemented with 0.10 mg/L NAA, from which shortest rooting time and the largest number of root were investigated, and the survival rate in transplantation was 100%.
