摘要
目的评价粪常规分析仪LJ2000检测粪隐血的性能。方法对LJ2000检测粪隐血的灵敏性、特异性、检测范围和受干扰性进行评价。检测临床粪标本600例,并比较LJ2000与手工法检测粪隐血阳性率。结果粪常规分析仪LJ2000检测粪隐血的灵敏性、特异性、检测范围和受干扰性均与手工法接近;但临床粪标本隐血的检测其阳性率明显高于手工法(P<0.05),交叉污染试验结果显示当粪标本Hb浓度≥800μg/mL会引起其后检测的1个和/2个正常的粪标本隐血结果为阳性。结论粪常规分析仪LJ2000检测粪隐血的灵敏性、特异性、检测范围和受干扰性均与手工法接近,但当粪Hb浓度≥800μg/mL时,标本间会有交叉污染。
Objective To evaluate the detecting performance of stool analyzer LJ2000 on fecal occult blood.Methods The performance of stool analyzer LJ2000 was evaluated in sensitivity,specificity,detection limits and interference factors,and cross pollution on detecting fecal occult blood.Fecal occult blood of 600 clinical hemafecia cases were tested by manual method and stool analyzer LJ2000,and the positive rates were compared.Results There was no significant difference of sensitivity,specificity,detection limits and interference factors between manual method and stool analyzer LJ2000.However,the positive rate of fecal occult blood by stool analyzer was higher than the manual method(P0.05).Cross contamination test showed that the fecal occult blood of the first one or continuous two normal hemafecia cases behind the hemafecia cases containing Hb(≥800μg/ mL) were positive.Conclusions There was no significant difference of sensitivity,specificity,detection limits,and interference factors between manual method and stool analyzer LJ2000.Specimens will have cross contamination when the concentrations of Hb in hemafecia cases were equal to or higher than 800μg/mL.
