摘要 目的评价OC-SENSOR μ全自动粪便潜血分析仪(简称OC-SENSOR μ)的性能及临床应用价值。方法对仪器精密度、线性、后带试验、携带污染率、干扰试验等指标进行评价,对111例消化道肿瘤患者粪便标本,分别用OC-SENSOR μ和胶体金试验进行比对分析。结果Hb高、中、低浓度,批内精密度的CV分别为2.10%、1.66%、3.51%;批间精密度的CV分别为7.75%、6.76%、8.43%;日间精密度的CV分别为2.52%、3.86%。Hb浓度在20~1 200 ng/ml内线性良好(r=0.9996),超过理论值8 000 ng/ml时发生后带现象,未发现携带污染,不受异种动物血红蛋白及常见药物的干扰。OC-SENSOR μ和胶体金试验结果具有显著相关性(χ2=56.78,P<0.005),符合率达89.19%,相对灵敏度分别为96.67%、90.00%。结论OC-SENSOR μ可用于常规粪便潜血定量分析。 Objective To evaluate performance and clinical value of the automatic fecal occult blood analyzer OC-SENSORμ. Methods The instrument was evaluated about its indicators such as prtecision, linear, postzone test, carry pollution L rare, interference test, etc. Selection digestive tract cancer patients stool specimens 111 cases, respectively compare to OC-SENSORμ and colloidal gold assay. Results Hemoglobin Within-run precision three concentration of high, medium and low CV value were 2.10%, 1.66% and 3.51%. Between-run precision three concentration of high, medium and low CV value were 7.75%, 6.76% and 8. 43%. Between-day precision different concentration of high and low CV value were 2.52% and 3.86%. Hemoglobin in 20-1 200 ng/ml range of a good linear (r=0. 999 6). Postzone phenomenon occurred at the theoretical value greater than 8 000 ng/ml, carrying pollution was not observed. Dissimilar animal hemoglobin and common drug without interfere. OC-SENSORμ and colloidal gold assay results of a significant correlation (X^2 = 56.78, P〈0. 005), the agreement rate of 89.19%, the relative sensitivity to 96.67%, 90. 00%. Conclusion OC-SENSORμ can be used for quantitative analysis of fecal occult blood in clinical.
