摘要
本文根据新课程改革背景下地方师范院校美术专业师范生课堂教学技能培训的实际,分析师范生课堂教学技能存在的问题,从增强师范生技能教学的意识,提高技能的实效性、重视课堂教学技能的综合培养、加强高校教师素质的提高和建立"大学——中学"的合作关系等几方面提出应对策略,从而推动高校教学改革的发展。
This paper, based on the new curriculum reform under the background of local normal university fine and students classroom teaching skill training practice, analysis normal classroom teaching skill problems, from enhance students skills teaching consciousness, improve skills, pay attention to the effectiveness of the classroom re.aching skills, strengthen the comprehensive development of university teachers＇ quality improvement and the establishment of ＂university - middle school＂ relations of cooperation and so on several aspects put forward some countermeasures, so as to promote the development of the teaching reform of higher education.
