摘要
目前,高职院校图书馆年终绩效考核矛盾突出,考核体系存在各种弊端。广东轻工职业技术学院设计出以积分制为主体的高职院校图书馆绩效考核测评体系,下设德、能、勤、绩4个一级指标、11个二级指标、25个三级指标,测评体系同时涉及不同职称、不同部门等多维度,力求最大程度上保证考核的公平性。
At present, there are obvious contradictions in the vocational colleges library for the performance assess- ment. Guangdong Light Industry Technical College designs the performance assessment system based on the integra- ting system which Includes 4 first - level indicators such as moral, ability, attendance and performance, 11 second - level indicators and 26 third - level indicators based on the system. Meanwhile the assessment system also considers the multi dimensionality appraisal for the aide such as the different title level and different department, in order to ensure the fairness of the assessment at the most.
