摘要
育人能力的提升是高等学校培养人才质量的重要途径。而辅导员则是开展管理育人、服务育人、教书育人的直接组织者、领导者和教育者。加强辅导员队伍建设,提高辅导员综合素质和育人能力,对落实党的执政能力、促进育人能力的提升、培养高素质人才与维护校园稳定等方面都发挥着重要作用。
Promoting education ability is one of the important ways to training talents, and instructors carry out management education, service to educate, teaching and education to enhance the ability of direct organizers, leader and educators.
