摘要
我国高职经管类专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题就是人才培养模式和培养质量难以完全适应区域经济社会发展的需要。根据福建省海洋经济发展战略及福建省经济发展的特点,突出经管类人才培养模式的差异化,应从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学模式、实践教学等方面进行构建,以培养适应区域经济发展特点的创新型人才。
One of the main problems in Economic Management Talents Training Mode of our country is that the talent training mode and quality can not completely adapt to the development of regional economy and society.According to the development strategy of marine economy and economic characteristics of Fujian Province,this essay stresses on the differentiation of talents training mode of economic management major,and specific construction from training objectives,curriculum,teaching mode and practical teaching,so as to train the innovative talents in adapt to the developmental characteristics of regional economy.
