基于SSI的磁致伸缩位移传感器测量系统的设计

摘要 设计了一种基于SSI的磁致伸缩位移传感器测量系统,重点介绍了测量系统的硬件设计和SSI接口时序。采用SSI接口作为磁致伸缩位移传感器的输出方式,通过FPGA综合管理和时序设计实现多路SSI信号的测量,并可以通过PCI总线传输接口实现FPGA与上位机的数据通信。测试结果表明,该设计方案稳定、可靠,满足测量系统性能指标要求。 A measurement system for magnetostrictive position sensor base on SSI is designed in this paper, and the hardware design and SSI interface timing of the measurement system are mainly introduced. SSI interface is used as output mode of magnetostrictive position sensor. Multi--channel SSI signals are measured by integrated management and timing design of FPGA. PCI bus is used to realize the data communication between FPGA and host computer. The testing result indicates that this design has high stability and reliability, and can meet the performance target of the measurement system perfectly.
