摘要
潜油电泵在石油开采中有着举足轻重的作用,但由于井下恶劣环境因素的干扰,对采集电路的信号传输与处理带来诸多问题,并且潜油电泵监测新增电泵X、Y轴加速度,需要用到位移传感器采集加速度信号,因此,利用CPLD和单片机对SSI信号的读取进行协同处理,CPLD将自身发出的时钟脉冲信号输出给带有SSI数据输出的位移传感器,位移传感器将输出串行数据,CPLD将串行数据分成字节缓存到自定义的内存当中,之后在单片机的相关控制下,依次将存储在CPLD中的SSI数据字节读出,最后由串口输出,实现了位移传感器的SSI信号读取。
Electric submersible pump plays an important role in oil exploitation,but due to the interference of underground adverse environmental factors,brought many problems of signal transmission and processing circuit,and electric submersible pump monitoring new electric pump X,Y axis acceleration,need acceleration signal acquisition,displacement sensor.Therefore,to read the SSI signal the collaborative processing using CPLD and MCU,CPLD will send their own clock pulse signal output to the displacement sensor with SSI data output,the sensor will output serial data,CPLD serial data into byte buffer to custom memory,after the relevant control MCU,in turn SSI bytes of data stored in the CPLD in reading,by the end of the serial output,the SSI signal of the displacement sensor is read.
