摘要
随着高职院校全面育人的不断深入,学生档案管理在学生成长、就业环节中发挥的作用也越来越大。因此,建立高职院校"素质拓展银行",进行学生档案管理,能有效地完善学生素质拓展档案,增强高职院校学生自我学习的意识,从而更好地为大学生就业创业服务。
As the continual deepening of the whole education in higher vocational colleges,students＇ file management plays more and more important role in students＇ growth and employment link.Therefore,it should construct quality expanding bank in higher vocational colleges,and conduct students＇ file management to perfect students＇ expanding file effectively.It can strengthen students＇ self-study awareness in higher vocational colleges for serving college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship better.
