摘要
针对传统的管理模式在档案信息管理过程中所遇到的困境,根据档案信息管理系统的建设目标,提出了网络环境下的档案管理信息系统的业务流程、体系结构、功能模型及功能设计,并给出了网络环境下实施档案信息管理的具体解决方案及要考虑的关键技术.
Aiming at the difficulties of the traditional management model running in the course of file information management and based on the construction target of the file information management system, the author comes up with the business flow, the system structure, the function models and the function design of the file information management system under the circumstances of web as well as the solutions to these problems and the key technologies concerned. These solutions are practicable and universal, and offer us fresh ways of thought and orientations of the development of the file information management system.
