摘要
目的探讨盐酸米多君不同给药方式防治维持性血液透析中低血压的临床疗效。方法将30例维持性血液透析中低血压患者按不同的给药方法分为3组:A组、B组、C组,每组10例。A组在血液透析前30 min采用盐酸米多君5~10 mg口服,B组在血液透析30 min后采用盐酸米多君5~10 mg口服;C组在血液透析前30 min采用盐酸米多君2.5~5 mg口服,血液透析后1~2 h加服盐酸米多君2.5~5 mg。结果 B组总有效率与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组总有效率明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米多君可有效防治维持性血液透析中低血压,且将药物治疗量在血液透析中分次给予,控制低血压效果更明显。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of midodrine hydrochloride in different delivery ways in the prevention and treatment of hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis.Methods According to different delivery ways,30 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypotension were divided into three groups,with 10 patients in each group.Group A was orally given midodrine hydrochloride 5-10 mg 30 minutes before hemodialysis.Group B was given midodrine hydrochloride 5-10 mg 30 minutes after hemodialysis.Group C was given midodrine hydrochloride 2.5-5 mg 30 minutes before hemodialysis and 2.5-5 mg 1-2 hours after hemodialysis.Results There were no significant dif-ferences in the total effective rate between group A and group B(P0.05).But the total effective rate in group C was obviously higher than that in group A or B(P0.05).Conclusion Midodrine hydrochloric can effective control the hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis,and it has significant therapeutic effect in the way of fractionated dose delivery.
