某综合医院颗粒剂型化学药品说明书儿童用药内容调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的:调查某综合医院颗粒剂型化学药品说明书儿童用药部分的情况,为规范药品说明书儿童用药内容提供参考。方法:调取该院西药房2011年1月至2012年1月所有颗粒剂型化学药品的说明书,依照相关法规对其中有关儿童用药部分的情况进行调查。结果:非处方药中儿童用药部分标注情况较好;处方药中存在用法用量不一致、缺乏儿童用药数据和结果、儿童用药剂量算法不统一等情况。结论:颗粒剂型化学药品说明书应补充儿童用药数据和结果,生产厂家、卫生行政管理部门、临床药学工作者应共同努力,促进临床合理用药。 Objective : To investigate the contents of children's medication in chemicals drug package inserts of granular formulations in a general hospital, and to provide a reference for regulating children's medication in package inserts. Methods: All chemicals drug package inserts of granular formulations in the general hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected. According relevant laws, the contents of children's medication in each package inserts were investigated. Results: The descriptions of dosages and administrations for children in OTC's package inserts were detailed. In prescription drugs' package inserts, the usage and dosage for children were inconsistent ; the data and results of children's medication were absent ; the calculation of dose was not unified in the usage and dosage. Conclusions: Manufacturers, management departments and clinical pharmacists should pay attention to the medication use for children and promote rational drug use in the clinic
