微流量控制式控压钻井系统及应用 被引量:3

摘要 川西地区作为中石化天然气会战主战场,地质条件复杂,气体/欠平衡钻井等诸多提速技术应用受到限制,为了减少同一裸眼高低压共存安全钻井难题,结合国外微流量控制钻井技术方法,在德阳1井率先引进了地面微流量控制系统及其配套技术,试验表明,该系统在0.1m3以内的溢流量即可发出监测报警,0.3m3溢流量即可实现对溢流的自动控制,比综合录井提前21min发现了溢流,实现了井涌的早期监测等优点;同时获取了发生溢流时的地层压力数据,为窄安全密度窗口安全钻井提供了新的解决途径。
