摘要
控压钻井技术是当今世界钻井工程前沿技术之一,主要是通过随钻环空压力监测、地面自动节流调整回压及压力补偿等手段,实现井筒环空压力的闭环实时监测与精确控制。该技术在川西地区的应用主要是利用微流量控制系统(Micro FluxControl-MFC)有效的控制地层流体侵入井筒,减少井涌、井漏和降低钻井非生产时效等,提高钻井经济性,从而提高复杂条件下的钻井作业安全性和钻井效率。其现场成功实践为复杂地层钻进积累了经验,提供了借鉴。
Pressure control drilling technology is one of frontier technologies in drilling engineering field of present world, which mainly realizes the closed-loop real-time monitoring and precise control of wellbore annulus pressure through the monitoring of annu- lus pressure with drilling, the back-pressure regulation of ground automatic throttle and the pressure compensation. This technology used in the western area of Siehuan mainly takes advantage of micro flux control system so as to prevent formation fluid from well- bores, reduce the well kick and well leakage, lower the non-production timeliness, and improve drilling economical efficiency, and thereby increase the safety and drilling efficiency of drilling operation under complicated conditions. Therefore, the successful field practice accumulates a lot of experiences and offers some lessons for complicated stratum drilling.
