摘要
内蒙古某能源化工股份有限公司自备电厂1号、2号机组抗燃油相继出现颜色变深、泡沫特性指标超出DL/T 571—2007《电厂用磷酸酯抗燃油运行与维护导则》要求等问题。为此对抗燃油进行油质全分析试验及油泥析出试验,发现油质发生劣化。首先在试验室进行了小型的吸附再生试验,采用6%吸附剂对抗燃油进行再生处理,得到较好的效果;然后在现场采用再生脱水装置对抗燃油进行再生处理试验,处理后油质达到新油标准。1号、2号机组抗燃油经再生处理后已运行1 a,各项指标均符合要求。
Fire-resistant oil in unit 1 and unit 2, in some power plant of energey chemical corporation in Inner Mongolia, successively exhbited the color deepening and out-of-range foam characteristics. Therefore, the total analysis of fire-resistant oil sludge precipitates experiments were performed, indicating oil deterioration. The oil treated by 6% adsorbent during the small-scale adsorption regeneration in laboratory Then the oil met the qulaity standard through regeneration dehydration processing on spot. Unit 1 and Unit 2 work well with all the indexes meeting the requirements economic benefits.
