摘要
采用开口杯劣化法对抗燃油进行了抗氧化剂筛选试验.研究结果表明,4,4′亚甲基二(2,6-二叔丁基酚)(TKY7930)抗氧化剂分解温度高,油溶性能好,能提高抗燃油在高温运行条件下的氧化安定性,抑制油品的劣化速度,对其他性能指标无不良影响.添加时,运行油酸值越小,抗氧化效果越好.建议添加量为0.5%(质量百分比浓度).
Screening experiments on anti-oxidant used in phosphates ester fire-resistant hydraulic fluid have been done by opened-cup deterioration. Results show that the phenol type additive,TKY7930 anti-oxidant can effectively enhance oxidation resistant stability of fire resistant oil in high temperature,inhibit the deterioration rate and have no side-effeits on other performances. In addition,the anti-oxidant of TKY7930 is more effective if the total acid value of fire resistant oil in service is smaller, the addition amount of anti-oxidant TKY7930 suggested is 0.5 % (wt).
