摘要
从语用语言失误和社交语用失误两个方面剖析了高职英语专业学生在跨文化交际中常见的语用失误,进而指出造成语用失误的三个原因:文化价值观的差异,母语负迁移及语用知识的缺失。最后提出了避免语用失误,提高跨文化交际能力的四个措施。
This paper analyzes the common pragmatic mistakes made by English majors in intercultural communication from two perspec- tives: pragmalinguistic failure and sociopragmatic failure. It further probes into the three causes that lead to the pragmatic failures: differences in cultural values; negative language transfer; and lack of pragmatic knowledge. Finally, the paper puts forward four meas- ures to improve students" intercultural communication competence.
