摘要
从"舆情"的概念、特点出发,对国外"网络舆情预警机制"方面的研究现状予以概述,包括概念的界定以及英、日、俄等国的预警机制。从概念、研究内容、研究方法上对国内的研究情况予以总结,并提出存在的问题及对策。
From the perspective of the concept and characteristics of＂ public opinion ＂,we overview online public opinion warning mechanism abroad, including the definition and the warning mechanism of British, Japan and Russia .Then from the perspective of concept, content, research methods, we summarize domestic research, and narrative the existing problems.
