摘要
采用理论与实证结合的方法,提出了知识管理能力及技术创新绩效的衡量标准,构建了知识管理能力与技术创新绩效关系模型,并建立基本假设。对98家企业进行了问卷调查,对有效数据进行了因子分析与相关分析。最后,对研究结论作了解释,给出了相应的建议。
With combined method of theory and empirical analysis, this paper proposed the metrics of knowledge management capability and technology innovation performance, built relation model of knowledge management capability and innovation performance, and made basic assumptions. Then the paper conducted a survey of 98 sample companies, carried out factor analysis and correlation analysis against effective data. Finally, it gave corresponding explanation about the conclusion and put forward some appropriate suggestions.
