摘要
鉴于某75t循环流化床锅炉的风室风帽磨损严重及返料装置高温状态下易发生弯曲变形、使用可靠性较差、尾部积灰严重等问题进行改造;更好地发挥循环流化床锅炉节能节电,提高锅炉的效率,减少锅炉的磨损,提高锅炉运行经济性与稳定性。
In the view of the abrasion of wind chamber and small bell cap, material returning device which is easy to bend and deform under the condition of high temperature, poor use reliability, the serious ash deposition, the reform of a 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler can better paly the role of energy-saving and power-saving, improve boiler efficiency, reduce boiler abrasion, improve the economy and stability of boiler.
