飞灰循环流化床还原态脱硫和喷氨脱氮试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着煤气化联合循环(IGCC)、第二代增压流化床燃烧联合循环(PFBC-CC)以及分级燃烧降低NOx等技术的发展,还原态脱硫成了必须解决的问题。本文阐述了在飞灰循环分级燃烧燃煤流化床中还原态脱硫试验结果。与此同时,进行了喷氨脱氮试验。结果表明,还原脱硫效率高,喷氨脱氮效果好。 With the rise of IGCC and the second generation PFBC CC and staged combustion to lower emissions of NO x , the desulfurization under reducing atmosphere is raised. In this paper, the fly ash recycle and two stage combustion technologies are applied in a fluidized bed combustor and reducing desulfurization test is carried out. Meanwhile, ammonia injection test is also conducted. Results show that reducing desulfurization has higher efficiency and ammonia injection effect is very perfect.
