摘要
面对生物技术专业毕业生与企业需求的研究开发型人才不相适应的现象,通过搭建本科生参加科研的创新性实验教学平台和实验教学体系,设置配套的教学与科研紧密结合的实验教学内容,完善管理措施、评价体系和建立配套实验室等措施.使学生通过基础实验——综合提高型实验——研究创新性实验三个层次的训练,在熟悉生物学的基本概念、方法后,逐渐形成较为系统的科研理念,将实验教学从基础性、综合性向研究性、开放性推进,显著提高了学生的研发能力.
To confront the phenomenon that biotechnology graduate disharmony with enterprise demands that they need person with abihty of research and develop. Through constructing innovative experiment teaching platform and experimental teaching system which allowed undergraduates participated in scientific research, installing assort experimental teaching contents highly combined with scientific research, complete management measures, evaluation system and founding matching laboratory, make students received three levels training of infratest, comprehensive improve experiment and innovative experiment by turn. After students were familiar with basic conception and methods, they gradually build up systematic scientific research philosophy. The methods made experimental teaching from fundamentality and comprehensiveness advance to research and openness. Students' researching and developing capability were significantly improved.
