喇嘛甸油田北东块一区聚驱提效矿场试验 被引量:2

EFFECT-ENHANCING FIELD TEST FOR THE POLYMER FLOODING IN EASTNORTH BLOCK-1 OF LAMADIAN OILFIELD

摘要 针对喇嘛甸油田二类油层聚合物驱开发中存在聚合物用量大、吨聚增油量低的实际问题,以喇嘛甸油田北东块一区聚驱提效试验区为典型区块,总结了聚驱提效的做法:加强地面配注系统黏损控制,从源头上降低聚合物十粉用量;优化注入质量浓度个性化设计,提高注入体系与油层匹配性;强化跟踪调整,增加有效注入,减少无效注入。通过提效措施,节约了聚合物干粉用量,提高了吨聚增油量,区块整体效益明显提升。研究成果在提高二类油层开发效益方面具有较高的推广价值和应用前景。 In light of the actual problems of larger consumption of the polymer and lower incremental oil per ton of polymer existed in the polymer flooding for Class-2 oil reservoirs of Lamadian Oilfield, taking the effect-enhancing experimental area in Block EN-1 of the oilfield as the typical block, the methods of the above stimulation are sum- marized as follows: through enhancing the viscosity loss control of the surface injection-distributing system, the us- age of the polymer dry powder is reduced from the headstream ; the personalized design of the injected mass concen- tration is optimized, so the matching between the injection system and the oil reservoirs is increased; the tracking adjustment is strengthened, the effective injection is risen, so the non-effect injection is lowered. With the help of the effect-enhancing measures, the usage of the polymer dry powder is economized, the oil incremental per ton of polymer is elavated, the whole effects of the block is obviously enhanced. The study achievements stated above pos- sess much higher popularization value and practical prospects in the aspect of increasing the development benefits of Class-2 oil reservoirs.
