摘要
采用尿素法和共沉淀法制备了Ni-Mg-Al-LDHs前驱体,在400℃煅烧,得Ni-Mg-Al-LDHs催化剂,研究其催化高酸原油酯化脱酸的效果。结果表明,反应时间为150 min,反应温度为220℃,醇/油体积比为0.05,催化剂与原油质量比为0.03时,可将原油酸度由5.82 mg KOH/g降至0.34 mg KOH/g。
Ni-Mg-Al-LDHs was prepared by urea method and coprecipitation. The precursor was calcined at 400 % to give Ni-Mg-Al-LDHs catalysts. The effect on removal of naphthenic acids from high acid crude oil through catalytic esterification on Ni-Mg-Al-LDHs was researched. The results showed that the acidity of 5.82 mg KOH/g crude oil dropped to 0.34 mg KOH/g when the reaction temperature was 220 % ,the reaction time was 150 min, the volume ratio of alcohol and high acid crude was 0.05, the mass ratio of catalyst and high acid crude was 0.03.
