摘要
分析了风城高酸值稠油的特性,研究了其掺炼比例对原油密度及黏度的影响,并考察了减压塔馏分的酸值变化情况,进行了电脱盐加工条件优化试验,针对高酸值稠油加工过程中存在的电脱盐乳化及高温环烷酸腐蚀问题提出相应的对策。结果表明,风城稠油具有密度高、黏度高、易乳化、含钙量高、酸值高等特性;加工高酸值稠油时,NS 2013 A型破乳剂效果较好;高掺炼比加工风城稠油时,建议电脱盐单元脱前温度高于140℃,并适当加大脱钙剂KY-C的加入量;解决高温环烷酸腐蚀问题,应以优化原油加工方案为主,辅以工艺防腐、在线监测以及设备防腐等措施。
The characteristics of Fengcheng high-acid heavy oil were discussed,the effect of blending ratio of Fengcheng oil on the viscosity and density of feedstock oil was studied,and the variation in acid value of vacuum distillates was investigated.The processing conditions of electric desalting were optimized,and the corresponding countermeasures were presented for preventing emulsification in electric desalting process and naphthenic acid corrosion at high temperature.The results showed that Fengcheng oil had the characteristics of high density,high viscosity,easy to emulsify,high calcium content and high acid value.NS 2013 A demulsifier possessed better efficiency when used for processing high-acid oil.The temperature over 140 ℃ before electric desalting and appropriately more KY-C desalting agent were suggested for processing mixed crude oil with high blending ratio of Fengcheng oil.To prohibit the naphthenic acid corrosion at high temperature,the optimization of crude oil processing scheme should be taken as main measure,and process anticorrosion,equipment anticorrosion and online monitoring as auxiliary measures.
