摘要
教师专业化是教育改革的趋势,发达国家在教师专业化问题上取得了很多的研究成果,本文探讨了我国职业教育在专业化内容和实施途径上如何借鉴其研究成果,加快教师专业化的步伐。
Teacher professionalization is the trend of education reform. The developed countries have made a lot of achievements in the related research. The paper investigates how to learn from their research results for Chinas vocational education relating to the specialized content and implementation in order to accelerate teacher professionalization
