西藏拉鲁湿地夏季和秋季浮游藻类群落特征 被引量:20

Characteristics of Planktonic Algal Community in Lhalu Wetland of Tibet in Summer and Autumn

摘要 为了研究拉萨拉鲁湿地夏季和秋季浮游藻类群落结构特征,评价和预测水环境质量的变化趋势,2009年6月~2011年10月,在拉鲁湿地内的5个采样点,分4批采集水样40个,通过活体观察和固定染色方法鉴定浮游藻类的物种,用直接计数法统计浮游藻类的数量,分析该湿地夏季和秋季浮游藻类群落特征。结果显示,在拉鲁湿地共鉴定出浮游藻类230种(包括25个未定名物种),隶属于8门12纲21目43科94属;优势种类有22种,其中,夏季有绿藻门4种、硅藻门6种、蓝藻门2种和隐藻门1种,秋季有绿藻门6种、硅藻门4种和黄藻门1种;水体pH和盐度分别是夏季和秋季对拉鲁湿地浮游藻类群落结构影响最大的环境因子。 This study was carried out in order to understand characteristic of planktonic algal community and evaluate temporal and special variations of the water environmental quality,thereby,to foresee future changes in the water quality of Lhalu wetland.Forty water samples from 5 sampling sites were collected from June 2009 to October 2011.Planktonic algal species were identified by observation in vivo and fixed-staining methods,while direct count method was applied for enumerating individual numbers.A total of 230 species of planktonic algal were identified (including 25 unidentified species),belonging to 94 genera,43 families,21 orders,12 classes,and 8 phyla in Lhalu wetland.There were 22 dominant species,including Chlorophyta (4 species),Bacillariophyta (6 species),Cyanophyta (2 species) and Cryptophyta (1 species) in summer,and Chlorophyta (6 species),Bacillariophyta (4 species) and Xanthophyta (1 species) in autumn.The relatively high values of Gleason-Margalef index,Shannon-Winner index and Evenness index indicated that water environment of the wetland was at a fine condition at the time of the study.Correlation analysis for binary variables was also carried out between the algal community structure and the major water physiochemical parameters measured.The result suggested that,in summer,the major water environmental factor that controlling the algal community structure was pH of water body,followed by salinity,electronic conductivity and water temperature;whereas,the sequence was salinity,pH,electronic conductivity and water temperature in autumn.
