摘要 巨型水轮发电机端部损耗计算是准确计算电机端部温升的前提,也是研究发电机组安全运行的关键之一。本文详细分析了巨型水轮发电机定子端部结构件涡流损耗分布及其影响因素。以一台1 000MW全空冷式水轮发电机端部为例,建立了三维场-路-运动耦合时步有限元模型,得到了空载、额定负载以及进相0.95三种运行工况下端部结构件涡流损耗分布,在此基础上讨论了端部结构参数变化对涡流损耗的影响。研究结论为巨型水轮发电机端部结构设计和优化提供了理论依据。 Calculating of end structure losses in huge hydro-generator is the precondition of calculating its thermal rise accurately,and it is the key to researching the operation safety of generator.This paper discusses the eddy current losses in stator end structures and its influence factors in detail.Taking a 1 000MW fully air-cooled hydro-generator end as an example,the 3D field-circuit-motion coupled time-stepping finite element model is built.The distributions of eddy current losses in the end structures under three operation conditions are given.On this basis,the effect of the end structure parameters on the eddy current losses is analyzed.The research results provide theory references for design and optimization of the huge hydro-generator end structures.
