摘要
以LDPE、EVA、POE(聚烯烃弹性体 )、填料等为原料 ,采用双螺杆挤出机掺混造粒 ,制备注塑级热收缩制品专用料 ,研究了材料配方对注塑级热收缩制品力学性能、纵向收缩率的影响。研究结果表明 ,材料配方对注塑级热收缩制品纵向收缩率有较大影响 ,通过选择合适的配方 ,可以得到具有较小纵向收缩率和较好力学性能的专用料。
The specific materials made from LDPE、EVA、POE,filler and used for injection heat-shrinkable articles, were prepared with aid of twin-screw extruder. The material formula on mechanical properties and longitudinal shrinkage rate of injection heat-shrinkable articles were studied. The results showed that the effects of materials formula on the longitudinal shrinkage rate was serious. The special materials with low longitudinal shrinkage rate and good mechanical properties could be prepared by selecting suitable formula.
